RON G. STALNAKER, President, is a graduate of Fairmont State University with a B.S. Degree in both Business Management and Marketing. He oversees all day-to-day operations of the company and is actively involved in business and corporate development, investor relations, field operation direction, prospect identification, oil and gas marketing, well drilling, acquisitions, and production analysis and direction. Prior to college graduation, he worked summers for the company in various aspects of field operations. After completing his degree, he joined the company full time and continued to work in field operations, eventually supervising all field activities. In 1994, he moved into a management role and assisted in the day-to-day operations of the company. In 1997, he was named Vice President of Operations. He has served in his current capacity of President since 1999.

GINA J. STALNAKER, Vice President of Business Development, is a graduate of Fairmont State University. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Education, before returning to graduate school at FSU and earning her MBA. Her primary responsibilities include business and corporate development, as well as investor relations. Prior to joining Stalnaker Energy Corporation, she worked for various independent oil and gas operators and attorneys within the Appalachian Basin, having over 15 years of oil and gas and land related experience.

KEVIN L. HARTLEROAD, Vice President of Operations, is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. degree in Geology. Since joining Stalnaker Energy in 2000, his responsibilities include prospect generations, involvement in the drilling and completion of oil and natural gas wells and monitoring production operations. He also is involved in oil and gas marketing, investment analysis, reserve and production analysis, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Stalnaker Energy, he held various geology, engineering and management positions, primarily with independent Appalachian Basin oil and gas exploration and development companies. His 34 years of oil and gas experience includes over 20 years as an independent consultant providing engineering and geologic services.

JASON M. MILLER, Field Supervisor, is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. He also has a B.S. degree in Biology from Glenville State College. His main responsibility is to coordinate and supervise field activities and drilling operations. He also assists in prospect generation and development, as well as gas and oil well drilling and production. He is involved in reserve estimation using reservoir simulation software for accurate reservoir and economic analysis. His experience lies with Stalnaker Energy Corporation, having held various positions within the company for the past 14 years.

ROBERT E. SCARBERRY, Land Manager, joined Stalnaker Energy in 2003 as a landman. He attained the position of Land Manager in 2011. His responsibilities include oil and gas lease and right-of-way acquisition, negotiation of Farmins and Farmouts, prospect evaluation, title research, title review, title curative, lease administration, contract administration, preparation of Operating Agreements, Assignments, survey coordination, permitting, mapping, and acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Stalnaker Energy, he worked as an independent landman throughout the Appalachian Basin and has over 19 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
